Sensitive Health Care Services in the Era of Electronic Health Records

A report from the Philip R. Lee Institute for Health Policy Studies and Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at UCSF details the importance of confidential care for adolescence, especially for sexual and reproductive heath.
