A National Survey of Parent Perspectives on Use of Patient Portals for Their Children’s Health Care

A national survey suggesting that parental use of web-based portals to access records of their children’s care is low, and suggests that low perceived value is an important cause of the low adoption. Also reveals that awareness that portals exist may also be low.
